If you can think of ways in which we could better serve your needs, please let us know. Also, if an image of yours is not currently linked to your proper website, please let us know so that we can fix it.

We only recently launched, and it may take us a little while to make requested changes initially. But fear not, the kinks will be ironed out of this process soon.

If there is an image you created on creative.ly, and you want it taken down, let us know by sending us an email. Send the email to support@creative.ly. Include the following information:

  1. The URL on creative.ly of the image.
  2. Your name.
  3. Specify your relationship to the image in question.
  4. Say what chage you would like and why.
  5. It's also a bonus if you tell us where the images is properly posted on your website, if the image in question did not properly link to your site.
